How it works
The exact requirements can vary. Here is the usual path from your first interest form to becoming ready to service a client program.
We accept interest only from residents of the open states listed below. Use the state where you actually live and will provide services.
Everline reviews your inquiry and provides a completed business opportunity disclosure and any required attachments. Keep a copy and return the receipt.
Wait at least 7 calendar days after receiving your disclosure, or 14 calendar days in Oklahoma. Everline will confirm when your waiting period ends.
After the waiting period and Everline’s review, receive registration instructions. Complete any screening independently using accurate information.
After Everline verifies your association, review and sign the contractor agreement, NDA, and applicable state addendum. W-9 and payment details are collected securely through Gusto.
Review the available programs yourself. Sign a completed program-specific statement of work before enrollment, certification, or authorized servicing.
Each stage may include additional requirements. Registration or association with Everline does not guarantee approval, program placement, certification, work, hours, earnings, or continued participation.

Everline reviews your inquiry and provides your completed disclosure. The form confirmation is not the disclosure and does not start the waiting period. Please wait for your next-step email.
After you receive the completed disclosure, allow at least 7 calendar days, or 14 calendar days in Oklahoma, and any longer period that applies. During this time, do not sign an agreement or pay any screening, platform, certification, or deposit charge. You may sign the disclosure receipt to acknowledge delivery; it is not a purchase contract.
You do not need to buy a computer to submit this form. Review current program requirements before buying equipment or beginning registration or certification.
Program compensation is stated in your signed statement of work. Everline initiates payment through Gusto within five business days after receiving, reconciling, and accessing the corresponding cleared funds, or sooner if required by law.
